Experienced in overseeing multifaceted projects and implementing strategic initiatives to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure high-levels of quality, Sara is a strategic problem-solver, relentlessly pursuing innovative ways to improve operations in highly regulated environments.

Hursh Dalal

Vice President of Corporate Development

Hursh is a growth leader at TAS who is spearheading our inorganic growth efforts via new practice partnerships. With over a decade of experience in M&A, Hursh brings a wealth of knowledge from his previous roles, including his time at one of the largest physician practice management organizations and his background in investment banking.

Lori Whitehead

Vice President of Operations

Lori brings over a decade of leadership experience in healthcare operations, beginning her career in dental practices while still in high school. That early start gave her a strong foundation in patient care and team dynamics, shaping the people-first approach that defines her leadership today.

She has since advanced into executive roles leading multi-site organizations across the country, recognized for building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and creating cultures of accountability and collaboration.

Lori remains committed to developing people and strengthening organizations. Through mentorship and support, she inspires teams to embrace excellence and deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Lisa Liu

Chief of Staff

With an extensive background working closely with high-growth companies, Lisa focuses on driving The Aesthetic Syndicate’s strategic initiatives forward and keeping the executive team on track to achieve their goals. She brings knowledge and experience from her previous roles advising consumer & retail companies in investment banking and investing across industries including consumer and healthcare in private equity. Lisa’s expertise in data analysis and critical decision-making support her in leading the company’s cross-functional projects and strategic planning. 

Tegan Nardone

Vice President of Human Resources

Tegan began her career in healthcare more than twenty years ago as a medical transcriber, an experience that shaped her lifelong passion for supporting people and organizations in complex, fast-paced industries. Today, as Vice President of Human Resources at The Aesthetic Syndicate, she leads HR strategy across talent acquisition, compliance, payroll, and employee engagement, ensuring that HR is a true driver of growth and culture within the organization.

Over the course of her career, Tegan has held national and executive leadership roles in healthcare, professional services, and high-growth companies. She has successfully scaled multi-site organizations through rapid expansion, built high-performing HR and recruitment teams, and spoken at industry conferences on talent acquisition and compliance. A lifelong learner, she holds the SHRM-CP credential, a Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management, mediation certification from the University of Utah, and multiple employment law certifications, including a specialty in California Employment Law.

Tegan is recognized for her direct, empowering leadership style and ability to design systems that drive results while cultivating strong workplace cultures. Beyond her professional work, she is committed to mentoring others, championing community impact through her role with Salt Lake SHRM, and finding ways to help people grow in both their careers and their lives.

John McNamara

Vice President of Marketing

John is a digital and brand marketing leader with deep experience building and scaling consumer retail brands. He brings a strategic, customer-first approach to growth, with expertise spanning brand strategy, omnichannel marketing, and performance-driven execution.

Throughout his career, John has driven marketing initiatives for iconic, category-leading consumer brands, including Zales, Macy’s, and Unilever’s BedHead, helping organizations sharpen positioning, expand customer reach, and drive measurable commercial impact.

John’s work is grounded in disciplined strategy, creative excellence, and a strong understanding of the retail customer journey. He is passionate about building brands that resonate with consumers, perform in competitive markets, and scale with intention.
